PURPOSE OF SERVICE

Architectural and plant engineering building design, works supervision and testing, plus project management for the renovation of a historical property in Florence, Italy, intended for use as the Florence headquarters of Credit Suisse Italy.

HIGHLIGHTS

The architectural features of the building and the need to preserve its artistic peculiarities led to a design minimising the impact on the environment via special solutions for the concealment of systems. In addition, our fit-out project was developed in close coordination with the technicians appointed by the landlord for the shell&core works, in order to meet the final client’s requirements.
