PURPOSE OF SERVICE

Due diligence of 2008 for Deutsche Bank – building via Santa Sofia, Milan, dating back to the 1970s, consisting of 13 floors above ground and roof, 2 underground floors.

The complex, used for twenty years for office activities. it has been examined in every aspect of the system by the technicians of NCA ENGINEERING of the various ones specialty, for the identification of potential problem areas due to age, deviations from requirements/norms and/or standards of good practice.

The electrical systems, special systems, fire prevention, air conditioning, sanitary water, wastewater, and rainwater systems were examined.

The technical evaluation and estimate developed for each area of potential problem identified, allowed us to develop:

• Description of the deviations identified with related observations.
• Suggestions for basic or radical interventions in order to make office spaces usable in accordance with regulatory and comfort standards.
• Esteem minimum and maximum of the related costs.
