PURPOSE OF SERVICE
Preliminary design and building plan for the full supply and installation, test and commissioning for electrical plant and special systems, serving the office building located at Via G. Cardano 10, Milan, Italy and consisting of ten above-ground levels plus roof and five basement floors.
HIGHLIGHTS
The project involved the full building and systems renovation, thus obtaining a GOLD LEED certification for Shell & Core development and allowing the property to achieve the performance requirements of a 'sustainable building'.
