PURPOSE OF SERVICE
Design of electrical and mechanical plant systems, works supervision, testing and commissioning as part of the refurbishment of the offices at the Goldman Sachs headquarters in Milan, Italy.
HIGHLIGHTS
The fit-out targeted the property’s entrance hall and four floors used for the office activities of the client, an international merchant bank.
Design and works supervision had to take compliance with historical, artistic and architectural constraint into account and meet the client's strict guidelines in terms of confidentiality, reliability and safety of the systems. The solutions adopted met all the requirements set forth by the competent authorities and the client, as well as the principles of sustainability, environmental comfort and energy saving.
