PURPOSE OF SERVICE

Design of mechanical, electrical, and special plant systems, management of plant works, testing and commissioning, as part of the works for the construction of the new OISR IT Research Center of OLIVETTI, in the municipality of Bitritto (BA).

HIGHLIGHTS

The study of the plant systems to be created for air conditioning and internal lighting had to take into account the architectural solutions which at the time constituted an innovation in the way of conceiving a tertiary building, with the adoption of construction solutions (large external wings on the facade) studied to protect the building from the sun's rays and arrangement of workstations optimized according to the spaces and operational functionality.
