PURPOSE OF SERVICE
Design of electrical and mechanical plant systems, supervision of works, testing and commissioning as part of the full renovation of residential flats of a property located at Via Sant'Andrea 12 in Milan, Italy.
HIGHLIGHTS
The building is subject to architectural constraints that required a careful design so as to preserve its artistic peculiarities. Therefore, it was necessary to study special solutions for system placement, in full compliance with architectural design choices and aiming at meeting the constraints imposed by the local Superintendence.
