PURPOSE OF SERVICE

2018 due diligence for the WILLE FINANCE AG complex in Milan Lorenteggio, dating back to 1990, consisting of two buildings of five and two floors, for a total area of approximately 6,800 m2.

NCA Engineering, collaborating with the SPI architecture studio of Milan, carried out the survey of the electrical and special systems, mechanical air conditioning, fire prevention and BMS systems, identifying the critical areas, maintenance deficiencies, indications of age with forecasts of final life of the systems and cost estimates of the recommended interventions.

This allowed the Client to decide on the radical renovation of the complex, optimizing its use and therefore the value of the properties.
