PURPOSE OF SERVICE
Full renovation of a private residential building, including energy-saving measures.
HIGHLIGHTS
The design was developed with a specific work approach integrating the conservation requirements of the building with the function required by the client.
A complete overhaul was necessary for systems, as the existing installations were outdated and did not meet the functionality, environmental sustainability, energy saving and regulatory compliance requirements.
Therefore, the design of the new systems was carried out to ensure high standards of environmental comfort inside the complex, inspired by economy, management ease and durability over time criteria, while meeting the building's architectural protection constraints. This forced us to design systems that could integrate into the building with no impact on its structural intangibilities.
